Scope
This policy covers the TexasAndrew website and Andrew VPS Backup, a private utility used by the owner to store encrypted recovery archives in Google Drive.
Data used
The backup utility uses Google OAuth authorization and the drive.file permission. It can access only Google Drive files and folders that it creates or that the owner explicitly opens with it. It does not request access to Gmail, contacts, calendars, or the rest of the owner’s Drive.
How data is handled
Backup archives are encrypted before upload. OAuth credentials and tokens are kept in restricted configuration storage and are used only to upload, verify, retain, and restore the owner’s Andrew backups. TexasAndrew does not sell personal data, use Google user data for advertising, or share it with third parties except infrastructure providers needed to run the requested service.
Retention and control
The owner controls backup retention and may delete the created Drive files at any time. Google access can be revoked from the Google Account security settings. Revocation stops future uploads until access is authorized again.
Website
The public website does not use advertising or behavioral analytics. Hosting and security providers may process limited technical request data such as IP address, browser information, timestamps, and security events to deliver and protect the site.
Private workspace activity
For signed-in accounts, we record the latest opening of an approved report, dashboard or private project, and count active days in the past 30 days using Europe/Warsaw time. These summaries are linked to your account email and visible only to administrators to understand use of the workspace. We do not collect page-by-page histories, clicks, IP addresses or device identifiers for this feature. Daily records are pruned to the rolling 30-day window during activity recording and administrator refreshes; the latest activity timestamp is retained with your account.
